  • 1/8 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 TBSP granulated sugar
  • 1/2 TBSP lemon juice (freshly squeezed preferable)
  • 1 scoop raspberry sherbet
  • 1/2 cup sparkling berry lemonade

  1. In a bowl, mash the fresh raspberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice together to create a berry puree.
  2. Place the berry puree at the bottom of a glass.
  3. Add a scoop of raspberry sherbet on top of the puree.
