Ingredients
- Himalayan pink salt (ground), for rimming the glass
- 5-6 raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 oz 100% agave tequila
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3/4 tbsp agave nectar
- 3 oz chilled Champagne or Prosecco
Instructions
- Moisten the rim of a Margarita glass with a wedge of lime, then dip the rim into ground Himalayan pink salt and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries, agave nectar, and lime juice. Strain the raspberry mixture through a sieve, pressing down to extract the juice.
- Add the tequila and raspberry syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
