Ingredients

  • Himalayan pink salt (ground), for rimming the glass
  • 5-6 raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 oz 100% agave tequila
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 tbsp agave nectar
  • 3 oz chilled Champagne or Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Moisten the rim of a Margarita glass with a wedge of lime, then dip the rim into ground Himalayan pink salt and set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries, agave nectar, and lime juice. Strain the raspberry mixture through a sieve, pressing down to extract the juice.
  3. Add the tequila and raspberry syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and top up with chilled Champagne or Prosecco. Serve and enjoy!
