  • 1 tablespoon dry cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons organic pear nectar
  • 4 ounces Moscato d'Asti wine
  • 1 small sprig fresh rosemary


  1. Place cranberries in a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of warm water. Allow them to soak until cool for about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain the cranberries, pat them dry, and refrigerate them until serving.
  3. Divide the pear nectar evenly into a tall champagne glass.
  4. Add the soaked cranberries to the glass.
  5. Gently pour the Moscato d'Asti into the glass.
  6. Garnish with a small sprig of fresh rosemary.
