  • 1 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Peach juice
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup (optional)
  • 1 Sprig fresh thyme
  • 4 oz. 90+ Cellars Lila Bubbly Rose' Wine
