Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup spiced rum
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup apple kombucha
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Apple slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 1/2 cup apple cider, 1/2 cup spiced rum, and 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
  2. Shake the mixture until chilled, about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture over large ice cubes into two rocks glasses.
  4. Repeat the process with the remaining apple cider, rum, and lemon juice.
  5. Add 1/4 cup apple kombucha to each glass.
