Ingredients

  • 2 oz brandy
  • 4 oz apple cider
  • 8 oz sparkling wine
  • Apple slices
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix brown sugar with cinnamon in a plate or bowl.
  2. Rim the glasses in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  3. Pour apple cider into a separate bowl.
  4. Wet the edges of champagne glasses with apple cider.
  5. Rim the wet edges in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  6. In a glass, pour 1 oz of brandy.
  7. Add 2 oz of apple cider to the glass.
  8. Follow with 4 oz of sparkling wine.
  9. Garnish with apple slices and enjoy.
