Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 oz cinnamon simple syrup
- 2 oz Apple Cider
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks to a boil, then simmer to make cinnamon syrup. Cool and refrigerate.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, lemon juice, bitters, cinnamon syrup, and apple cider.
- Add the egg white to the shaker, close the lid, and shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds.
- Open the shaker, add ice, and shake for another 10 seconds until cold.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass and garnish with a dehydrated apple slice.
