Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 3 tbsp black spiced rum
  • 2 tbsp sweetened whipped cream
  • 1 cinnamon stick for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until smooth.
  2. Place the mixture in a 4-cup glass measure.
  3. Heat the apple cider until boiling, then pour it over the cinnamon honey butter.
  4. Add the spiced rum and whisk together until the butter has dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
