Spicy Apple Jalapeño Margarita

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 slices of jalapeño
- 4 oz chopped green apples
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- 3 fresh basil leaves
- 3 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp organic simple syrup
- 2 oz tequila blanco (silver)
Instructions
- To make the organic simple syrup, bring 1 cup organic cane sugar and 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar. Let the simple syrup cool.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the jalapeño slices, chopped green apples, mint leaves, and basil leaves.
