Ingredients
- Chili Lime Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon coarse Kosher salt
- A pinch of chili powder
- Zest from 1/2 lime
- 1 lime slice
- Paloma
- 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces tequila
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup sparkling water or soda water
- 1 grapefruit and lime wedge
Instructions
- Combine sugar, salt, chili powder, and lime zest on a small plate.
- Run the lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip it into the salt blend. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- In a shaker, mix the grapefruit juice, lime juice, tequila, and sugar until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the crushed ice in the glass.
