Ingredients
- 1 oz fresh ginger - peeled and finely chopped
- 2 oz water
- 1/4 cup raw or white sugar
- 1/2 tbsp dark brown palm sugar (for a richer color and flavor)
- Lime wedge
- Soda water
- Ice
