Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz white rum (such as Cruzan)
  • 1 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Pierre Ferrand dry orange curaçao
  • 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
  • 1/4 oz absinthe or Herbsaint
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix
  • Mint sprig, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture until chilled.
