Ingredients
- Bloody Mary salt, for rim
- 2 oz zero-proof spirit OR brine from olives or pickles (optional)
- 4 oz tomato juice
- 0.50 oz lemon juice
- 0.50 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 to 4 dashes hot sauce
- 0.50 tsp horseradish
- 0.50 tsp celery salt
- 0.50 tsp sea salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- garnishes such as a celery stick, olives, and bacon
Instructions
- Spread Bloody Mary rim salt on a plate and rim the glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and rolling it in the salt.
- Add ice cubes to the prepared glass.
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the zero-proof spirit or brine alternative, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, sea salt, black pepper, and horseradish.
- Shake well and pour the mixture into the prepared glass.
