  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz blood orange juice (juice from half a small blood orange)
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 oz red wine
  • Garnish: blood orange slice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine gin, simple syrup, blood orange juice, lemon juice, and egg white. Shake until chilled.
  2. Remove the ice and dry shake for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
