Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. gin (Hendrick's)
  • 3/4 oz. Cointreau
  • 3/4 oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • A few drops of absinthe (or Pernod)
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon and set aside.
  2. Combine gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until cold.
  4. Add a few drops of absinthe into your cocktail glass and swirl to coat.
  5. Pour the contents of the shaker into the coated cocktail glass.
