Ingredients

  • 6 ounces strong brewed coffee
  • 2 ounces Pumpkin Pie Liqueur
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (plus extra for garnish)
  • Light Corn Syrup
  • Orange Sanding Sugar
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of a glass coffee mug in corn syrup, and then into orange sanding sugar.
  2. Brew 6 ounces of coffee in a separate mug.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and 2 ounces of pumpkin pie liqueur to the coffee. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the coffee mixture into the glass with the sugar-lined rim.
  5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice for garnish.
