Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup strawberries, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1.50 fl oz vodka, such as Stars and Stripes SVEDKA Vodka
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sugar, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1-2 lime slices
  • Mint leaves
  • A handful of blueberries
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Core and roughly chop the strawberries. Slice and juice the limes.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, water, lime juice, salt, and sugar. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. Strain the mixture to remove any fiber and discard the fiber.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pitcher, add the vodka, and mix well. Adjust the taste by adding more lime juice, salt, or sugar if desired.
  5. Serve over ice in individual glasses, or add ice to the pitcher if serving immediately.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves, lime slices, and skewers of blueberries and strawberries for a festive touch.
