Ingredients

  • 3.50 oz strawberries, hulled
  • 1 tbsp rose syrup
  • 1 large sprig of mint plus 1 small sprig
  • 3 ice cubes
  • fizzy water

Instructions

  1. Place the hulled strawberries, rose syrup, large sprig of mint, and ice cubes into a power blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients for 20 seconds.
  3. Divide the mixture into a tall glass, then top it up with fizzy water.
  4. Halve the remaining strawberries and add them to the glass with a sprig of mint.
