Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1 oz Peach Syrup
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Heavy Cream
- 1 Egg White
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1.50 oz Club Soda
- 2 sprigs Mint (1 for Garnishing)
Instructions
- Combine the gin, peach syrup, lemon juice, heavy cream, egg white, and bitters in a shaker and shake without ice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture over ice in a collins or pilsner glass.
- Let it rest for 30 seconds before topping with club soda and garnishing with a sprig of mint.
