Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Pimm's No. 1
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1/4 oz. blackstrap rum
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. pineapple syrup
  • 2 muddled strawberry slices
  • Soda water

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine Pimm's No. 1, Campari, muddled strawberries, blackstrap rum, lime juice, and pineapple syrup.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake well to chill the ingredients.
  3. Double strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Top off with soda water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a strawberry slice and a lime wheel.
