Ingredients

  • 3 mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • 1.70 oz white rum
  • 0.70 oz elderflower cordial
  • 0.40 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Lemonade
  • Mint sprig (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Gently smack the mint leaves to release their aroma.
  2. Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass.
  3. Pour in the white rum and elderflower cordial.
  4. Stir in the fresh lemon juice.
  5. Add ice cubes to the glass.
  6. Top up with lemonade.
  7. Decorate with a sprig of mint and enjoy in the sunshine.
