Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz red vermouth
- 3/4 oz verjus
- 1 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 3 dashes grapefruit bitters
- Champagne or other sparkling wine, to top
- Long grapefruit twist, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
- Add Aperol, red vermouth, verjus, fresh grapefruit juice, and grapefruit bitters to the shaker.
- Shake the ingredients well and strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Top the cocktail with Champagne.
- Garnish with a long grapefruit twist and serve.
