Ingredients

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.50 oz lime juice
  • 1.25 oz light rum
  • 0.25 oz triple sec
  • a dash of almond extract
  • 2 oz pineapple kombucha
  • a dash of grenadine
  • Pineapple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add pineapple juice, lime juice, rum, triple sec, and almond extract.
  3. Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with pineapple kombucha and grenadine.
  5. Garnish with pineapple slices, if desired.
