A versatile pineapple gin cocktail with three delightful variations: on the rocks, frozen, and hot.
Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1.50 oz cedar gin
- 0.25 oz Suze
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
Instructions
- For on the rocks: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds and strain over ice.
- For frozen: Add all ingredients to a blender with 4-6 ice cubes. Blend to your desired consistency and garnish with a pineapple frond.
- For hot: Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe glass or mug. Add 1-2 oz of water, cover, and microwave for 30 seconds.
