  • 1/2 oz rich Demerara syrup (2:1, Demerara sugar:water)
  • 1 orange wheel, about a centimeter thick, cut in half
  • 1/4 lemon
  • Pebble ice
  • Large mint sprig, for garnish
  • Orange wedge, for garnish
  • Seasonal fruit, for garnish
  • Powdered sugar, for garnish
