Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gran Centenario Reposado Tequila
  • 3 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 0.50 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz Prosecco (or any white sparkling wine)
  • Splash of seltzer water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine the tequila, orange juice, and lime juice.
  2. Stir the mixture well.
  3. Fill a tall chilled glass, such as a highball glass, with ice.
  4. Pour the Aperol over the ice.
  5. Pour the tequila mixture into the glass.
  6. Top the drink with Prosecco.
  7. Add a splash of seltzer.
  8. Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
