Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3/4 oz Aperol
  • 3/4 oz prosecco
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Orange slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the orange juice into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. In a blender, combine the Aperol, prosecco, frozen orange juice cubes, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a serving glass.
