Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz white rum
  • 1 oz black blended rum
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz passion fruit syrup
  • 0.50 oz Aperol
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 sprig fresh mint, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a highball glass, combine the white rum, black blended rum, fresh lime juice, passion fruit syrup, and Aperol.
  2. Fill the glass three-quarters full with crushed ice.
  3. Insert a swizzle stick or bar spoon into the drink and swizzle the mixture.
  4. Top with more crushed ice to overfill the glass.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, if desired, and serve.
