Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz gin
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- A few dashes of orange bitters
- 1 egg white
- Ice
Instructions
- Combine Aperol, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters, and egg white in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds (dry shake).
- Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 30 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
