Ingredients
- 1/6 cup hard cider
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon whole milk (room temperature)
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (plus extra for serving)
- 1/6 cup cream
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the sugar into the cider until dissolved.
- Stir in the milk and nutmeg.
- Add the cream and whisk until a thick, foamy layer of cream forms on top of the mixture.
- Spoon the layer of cream into a small bowl and set aside.
- Pour the remaining cider/milk mixture into a serving glass, filling it no more than three-quarters full.
