Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey
- 1 ounce chilled freshly brewed coffee
- 3/4 ounce Galliano Ristretto liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Cinnamon Syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Whipped cream and ground cinnamon (for serving)
Instructions
- Combine the Irish whiskey, coffee, liqueur, cinnamon syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the outside is frosty, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into an Irish coffee glass.
