Ingredients
- 1 small orange (peeled and seeds removed)
- 1/5 tsp fresh thyme
- 1/10 tsp orange extract
- 1 cup pure coconut water
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the peeled and deseeded orange, fresh thyme, and orange extract. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture thoroughly.
- Pour the orange puree back into the blender, add the coconut water, and blend for 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the ginger powder and sugar, and shake it lightly.
- Rub the rim of your favorite glass with lime wedges, then dip the glass into the ginger sugar mixture.
- Fill the glass with ice and garnish with thyme sprigs.
- Slowly pour the mocktail into the glass and serve immediately.
