Ingredients

  • 1 small orange (peeled and seeds removed)
  • 1/5 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1/10 tsp orange extract
  • 1 cup pure coconut water
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the peeled and deseeded orange, fresh thyme, and orange extract. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture thoroughly.
  2. Pour the orange puree back into the blender, add the coconut water, and blend for 2 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ginger powder and sugar, and shake it lightly.
  4. Rub the rim of your favorite glass with lime wedges, then dip the glass into the ginger sugar mixture.
  5. Fill the glass with ice and garnish with thyme sprigs.
  6. Slowly pour the mocktail into the glass and serve immediately.
