Ingredients

  • 3 oz orange-pineapple juice blend
  • 1.50 oz coconut rum
  • 0.50 oz spiced rum
  • 4-5 dashes bitters
  • Fresh ground nutmeg
  • 1-2 teaspoons maraschino cherry juice
  • Lime slice
  • Pineapple wedge
  • Maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the orange-pineapple juice blend, coconut rum, spiced rum, and 4-5 dashes of bitters to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients for 30 seconds to chill and mix them thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture into an iced tumbler or tall glass.
  5. Pour in 1-2 teaspoons of maraschino cherry juice and allow it to settle at the bottom of the glass.
