Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cachaca (Leblon)
  • 1.50 oz Pear Juice (Ceyes Brand)
  • 0.50 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 Lemon Peels
  • 3 Green Cardamom Pods

Instructions

  1. Using a torch, gently toast the lemon peel and cardamom pods until fragrant.
  2. In a shaker, muddle the toasted cardamom pods and lemon peel gently.
  3. Add the Cachaca, pear juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  4. Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake well.
  5. Double strain the mixture over fresh ice in a cocktail glass.
