Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 1/2 ounces white rum (1 standard shot)
- 3/4 ounce Kahlúa (1/2 shot, or other coffee-flavored liqueur)
- 3/4 ounce banana-flavored liqueur (1/2 shot, such as Bols or Giffard)
- 1 ounce light cream
- 1 ounce whole milk
- 1 ripe banana
- Garnish: unpeeled banana slice, maraschino cherry
Instructions
- Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of ice to the blender container.
- Put in the white rum, Kahlúa, banana-flavored liqueur, light cream, whole milk, and ripe banana. Cover and blend until smooth, adjusting speed as needed to thoroughly pulverize the ice.
- Pour the drink into a small hurricane glass, martini glass, or other cocktail glass.
- Cut a slit halfway through a banana wheel and hang it on the rim of the glass. Top with a maraschino cherry if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
