Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Gordon's gin
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz mango juice
  • 1/4 oz lime juice
  • 4-5 Thai basil leaves
  • Sprite (to top off)
  • Slice of lime (for garnish)
  • Sprig of Thai basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gently muddle the Thai basil leaves in a shaker to release their aroma and flavor.
  2. Add Gordon's Gin, Cointreau, pineapple juice, mango juice, and lime juice to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until frosty and cold.
  4. Strain the mix into a highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Top off with Sprite and gently stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of Thai basil for an aromatic finish.
