Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut juice nectar
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberry ice cream
  • 3 fresh strawberries
  • 3 oz ginger ale (optional)

Instructions

  1. Freeze the banana.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, strawberries, ice, coconut juice nectar, agave syrup, yogurt, and strawberry ice cream.
  3. Blend until smooth and well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  5. Add 3 oz of ginger ale to the drink.
  6. Garnish with a small dollop of strawberry ice cream, and enjoy.
