Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Malibu white rum
  • 0.70 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz coconut water
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • melted white chocolate (optional - for decoration)
  • desiccated coconut (optional - for decoration)

Instructions

  1. If you desire a coconut ring around your cocktail glass, dip the top into melted white chocolate and then into the desiccated coconut. Place the glass into the fridge until needed.
  2. Combine Vodka, Malibu white rum, Blue Curacao, coconut water, and ice in a blender or processor until the ice is finely crushed.
  3. Add coconut cream and blend until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into your cocktail glass and serve.
