Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Malibu white rum
- 0.70 oz Blue Curacao
- 2 oz coconut water
- 1/4 cup ice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- melted white chocolate (optional - for decoration)
- desiccated coconut (optional - for decoration)
Instructions
- If you desire a coconut ring around your cocktail glass, dip the top into melted white chocolate and then into the desiccated coconut. Place the glass into the fridge until needed.
- Combine Vodka, Malibu white rum, Blue Curacao, coconut water, and ice in a blender or processor until the ice is finely crushed.
- Add coconut cream and blend until combined.
- Pour the mixture into your cocktail glass and serve.
