Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Coconut LaCroix Sparkling Water
  • 1 1/2 ounces Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 ounce Plantation Pineapple "Stiggins' Fancy" Original Dark Rum
  • 1/2 to 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice, to taste
  • Orange slice, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
  2. Add the coconut sparkling water, sweet vermouth, dark rum, and 1/2 ounce of lime juice to the glass.
  3. Gently stir the ingredients.
  4. Taste the cocktail and add more lime juice if desired.
  5. Garnish the drink with an orange slice, if preferred.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical bliss!
