Ingredients

  • 46 oz can of pineapple juice
  • 2 cups cream of coconut (found in the liquor section)
  • 1 liter bottle of sparkling water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix together half of the pineapple juice and 1 cup of cream of coconut.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a pitcher.
  3. Blend the remaining pineapple juice and cream of coconut in the blender, then add it to the pitcher.
  4. Add the sparkling water to the pitcher.
  5. Pour the punch into a glass filled halfway with ice.
