Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • Zest of a lime
  • 2 oz. tequila
  • 1/2 oz. triple sec or orange liquor
  • 4 oz. Powell & Mahoney Margarita Mix
  • 4 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 cup frozen cut pineapple
  • Wedges of lime
  • Wedge of pineapple

Instructions

  1. Combine salt and chili powder on a small flat plate. Moisten the rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge and dip it into the salt mixture before placing it in the freezer.
  2. Fill a mason jar or shaker with ice and pour in tequila, orange liquor, and Powell & Mahoney Margarita Mix. Shake well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the chilled glass over ice to make Pineapple Margaritas on the Rocks.
