- 1/2 tablespoon sugar, for rimming champagne flute
- Pineapple wedge
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk (not canned)
- 2 oz champagne, cava, or prosecco
- Whipped topping, for serving
Instructions
