Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces white rum (such as Ten To One)
  • 1/2 ounce Aperol
  • 1/2 ounce passion fruit liqueur or other fruit liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce Ancho Reyes Verde Chile Poblano Liqueur (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • 4 ounces sparkling wine or sparkling water
  • Orange peel twist or grapefruit peel twist

Instructions

  1. Fill a 14-ounce wine glass with ice.
  2. Combine white rum, Aperol, passion fruit liqueur, and, if using, poblano liqueur in the glass.
  3. Top with sparkling wine or sparkling water.
  4. Gently stir the cocktail.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel twist or grapefruit peel twist.
