Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • Garnish: Pineapple Slice and Cherry

Instructions

  1. Combine 2 oz of Cream of Coconut, 3 oz of Pineapple Juice, and 1/2 oz of Lime Juice in a blender.
  2. Add 5-6 pineapple chunks and 3/4 cup of ice to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a serving glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
