Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped Pineapple (or 1/2 cup pineapple juice)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice (or lime juice)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut milk (or 2 tablespoons coconut cream)
  • 1/2 cup Ice (crushed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar (or honey)

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped pineapples, lemon juice, sugar, and coconut milk in a blender.
  2. Add the crushed ice on top.
  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness and consistency by adding more pineapples or coconut milk if needed.
