- 1/2 cup chopped Pineapple (or 1/2 cup pineapple juice)
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk (or 2 tablespoons coconut cream)
- 1/2 cup Ice (crushed)
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar (or honey)
Instructions
- Place the chopped pineapples, lemon juice, sugar, and coconut milk in a blender.
- Add the crushed ice on top.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth.
