Ingredients

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz coconut water
  • 2 oz tequila
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup (can be swapped for agave nectar)
  • 3 mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple slice for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Roll the lime to release more juice.
  2. Squeeze the lime directly into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add the pineapple juice, coconut water, tequila, simple syrup, mint leaves, and ice cubes into the cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Use the squeezed lime to run it on the rim of your glass.
  6. Dip the glass into the chili salt mix to line it.
  7. Pour the cocktail mixture into the glass.
  8. Garnish with a mint leaf and a slice of fresh pineapple.
