Ingredients
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz coconut water
- 2 oz tequila
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp simple syrup (can be swapped for agave nectar)
- 3 mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple slice for garnish
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
Instructions
- Roll the lime to release more juice.
- Squeeze the lime directly into a cocktail shaker.
- Add the pineapple juice, coconut water, tequila, simple syrup, mint leaves, and ice cubes into the cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Use the squeezed lime to run it on the rim of your glass.
- Dip the glass into the chili salt mix to line it.
- Pour the cocktail mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a mint leaf and a slice of fresh pineapple.
