Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1.50 oz cedar gin
  • 0.25 oz Suze
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 1-2 oz water

Instructions

  1. For the on the rocks version, add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake for 20 seconds, and strain over ice.
  2. For the frozen version, add all ingredients to a blender with 4-6 ice cubes, blend to your desired consistency, and garnish with a pineapple frond.
  3. For the hot version, add all ingredients to a microwave-safe glass or mug, add 1-2 oz of water, cover, and microwave for 30 seconds.
