Ingredients
- 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 1 oz evaporated milk
- 1 oz coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- A pinch of grated nutmeg
- 1 to 2 oz rum
- Grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon stick, and nutmeg. Warm over medium-high heat until it starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat, cover, and let it steep for 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the mixture into a punch bowl or pitcher.
- Add 1 oz of rum and adjust to taste, adding more rum for a stronger punch if desired.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
- Serve neat or over ice in small portions and garnish with grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon.
