Ingredients

  • 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 oz coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • A pinch of grated nutmeg
  • 1 to 2 oz rum
  • Grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon stick, and nutmeg. Warm over medium-high heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat, cover, and let it steep for 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  3. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the mixture into a punch bowl or pitcher.
  4. Add 1 oz of rum and adjust to taste, adding more rum for a stronger punch if desired.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
  6. Serve neat or over ice in small portions and garnish with grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon.
