Ingredients

  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1.50 oz evaporated milk
  • 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.50 oz white rum
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk the egg yolk and evaporated milk in a heat-proof bowl over a pot of simmering water until the mixture coats the spoon and warms.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a blender and add the sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and white rum. Blend until smooth.
  3. Chill the Coquito in the refrigerator for 2-5 hours.
