Ingredients
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1.50 oz evaporated milk
- 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 oz cream of coconut
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.50 oz white rum
- Ground cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk the egg yolk and evaporated milk in a heat-proof bowl over a pot of simmering water until the mixture coats the spoon and warms.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and add the sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and white rum. Blend until smooth.
- Chill the Coquito in the refrigerator for 2-5 hours.
