Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup water
  • 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Bacardi rum (light, white aka carta blanca)
  • 2 oz cream of coconut (Coco lopez)
  • 2 oz coconut milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine water, sweetened condensed milk, rum, and vanilla.
  2. Add the coconut milk last, filling the blender up to the 1-cup mark.
  3. Secure the lid tightly and blend gently.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 5 hours before serving.
  5. Stir the coquito again before serving.
  6. Shake the coquito vigorously before pouring into glasses.
  7. Serve in small 6 oz. glasses and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
