Ingredients
- 1/8 cup water
- 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Bacardi rum (light, white aka carta blanca)
- 2 oz cream of coconut (Coco lopez)
- 2 oz coconut milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine water, sweetened condensed milk, rum, and vanilla.
- Add the coconut milk last, filling the blender up to the 1-cup mark.
- Secure the lid tightly and blend gently.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 5 hours before serving.
- Stir the coquito again before serving.
- Shake the coquito vigorously before pouring into glasses.
- Serve in small 6 oz. glasses and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
